Bio:

Murray joined Campbell Burton & McMullan LLP in 2011 as associate counsel. 

After being called to the bar in 2005, Murray practiced in Kelowna, gaining significant litigation experience in the areas of personal injury law, insurance defense, general civil litigation, prosecution work on behalf of the Federal Crown, and criminal defense. 

In 2008, Murray returned to the Lower Mainland and continued his practice in the areas of personal injury law and insurance defense litigation as well as corporate/commercial litigation.

Murray’s practice now focuses on Plaintiff personal injury matters.  He has extensive experience both in negotiating settlements and in the courtroom.  Murray also continues to practice in criminal defense matters.

Personal:

Murray grew up in Langley.  Before becoming a lawyer, Murray obtained his teaching degree and taught in the Surrey School District.  As part of his teacher training program, he completed his training practicum at Langley Secondary School. 

In his free time, Murray enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing hockey, golf and travelling the world.
