CBA (BC Branch) Family Law Subsection – 2011 so far…

David Hart reports that since the start of 2011 the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch) family law subsection has been busy providing guidance and a forum for discussion to family law practitioners on key issues affecting family practice including: mediation, the difficult and often complex financial and legal issues related to the division of pensions upon marriage breakdown and a new code of practice for BC family law lawyers.
